This Chef Knife is made out of Nitro-V stainless with a satin finish. The knife is 12 1/2” in total length with a 8” cutting edge. The handle is made out maple burl wood dyed with blue, white and pearl resin made in house. It has blue G10 liners and white pins. This comes with a padded zip up case for storage.
