This Paring Knife is made out of AEBL stainless with a satin finish. The knife is 7” in total length with a 3” cutting edge. The handle is made out snake wood with bright purple resin. It has white G10 liners and pins. This comes with a padded zip up case. A paring knife is a small, versatile kitchen knife with a short blade designed for precision tasks.
