This Fillet knife is made out of AEBL stainless steel with an etched and stone washed finish. The knife is 11 1/4” in total length with a 5” cutting edge. This is a stiffer blade, with a little flex. The handle is made out of a Busch Ligh Apple can cast in clear resin. It has Red G10 liners with White G10 pins. This comes with a kydex sheath. Kydex is great material to have the ability to be washed out when it gets dirty. Also comes with a mini bottle opener and drinking card.
