This Boning knife is made out of AEBL stainless steel with a stain finish. The knife is 11 1/4” in total length with almost a 6” cutting edge. The handle is OD green GripX with OD green G10 liners and pins. This material becomes more grippy as it gets wet to give more grip while processing. This Boning comes with a kydex sheath. Kydex has a nice tight fit and can get washed out when it gets dirty. Reminder to make sure its fully dry before storage.
