Boning Knife
This Boning knife is made out of AEBL stainless steel with an experimental finish. The knife is 11 ¾” in total length with almost a 6” cutting edge. The handle is made out of black and silver grip tech. This material becomes more grippy as it gets wet. The handle has has black and tan G10 lines and tan G10 pins. This comes with a kydex sheath. Kydex has a nice tight fit and can get washed out when it gets dirty.
